Staging Activities

Often, the home is the single largest asset the family owns. Maximizing the selling price and minimizing the length of time the home is on the market are the key factors in realizing the full asset worth. Transitions Liquidation Services will work closely with the family and realtor to determine the best “look” for the home, consistent with the planned marketing activities. We will clear away clutter, rearrange furnishings, add decorative touches, etc. to achieve a clean, polished appearance that is suitable for real estate showings.
